Key elements of The XLC Process include:
- Data collection and analysis. Through review of documentation and thoughtful interviews, we work with you and your team to establish a basis of understanding of your current competencies, needs and goals.
- Review and Planning Session with Senior Executives. After the data collection and analysis phase, we meet with senior executives to share our initial findings in a facilitated session where our next steps are planned.
- Initial Program Execution. Depending on the plan we create together, we then move forward to work with you one-on-one and in teams to accomplish your goals. Programs can include on-site or off-site facilitated sessions, case study reviews and best practices discussion, breakout sessions, and custom leadership training experiences.
- Review, Relate, Redirect. At every key milestone throughout the consulting process, we stay in touch with you and your team, ensuring that you are in control of your solutions–and that we leave you prepared for sustainable success.
